Many of our clients want to know our process for our projects. Here are our project steps from start to launch.
Step 1: Complete our project request form. This helps us get a good idea of your project requirements. We respond to all requests within two business days.
Step 2: You will be contacted by iDesigns via email to set up an initial phone call meeting to discuss your project in more detail. This is where we talk about design ideas for the project and answer any questions you have.
Step 3: iDesigns will send you an itemized quote that outlines all of the services we spoke about during the initial meeting.
Step 4: After reviewing the itemized quote, you may either accept the quote as-is or remove services at your discretion. We have your best interest at heart and will not sell you on services that you don’t need or want. What you see is what you get from us. There are no hidden fees or extra payments for custom graphics, etc. All design and development work performed is included in the quote.
Step 5: After the quote is approved, we require a down payment to kick-off the first phase of the project. The average web design and development project takes four to eight weeks for completion and launch. Of course, that all depends on how quickly you, the client, can respond to emails to approve the project milestones.
Step 6: We know how important communication is, so throughout the entire process, we are available to answer any questions via phone, email and instant messaging.
Step 7: At iDesigns, we hope that our clients will continue to do business with us even after their project is complete. We want to play a vital role in your company’s success.
